Vote YES On State Issue 2

Vote YES on State Issue 2!

Bevan doesn't have a primary election and will not be listed on the ballot until Nov. 4. However, you're encouraged to vote YES on State Issue 2 on May 6.

State Issue 2 seeks to renew the State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP), ensuring a reliable funding source for roads, bridges, water systems, and other critical infrastructure projects. Hilliard has benefited from this funding and will again in the future.

By renewing the program, Issue 2 will authorize $250 million per year for the next 10 years, providing the stable funding that local governments need to plan and execute essential projects.

Issue 2 does not increase taxes. It allows the state to issue general obligation bonds, backed by existing revenue sources. On May 6, vote YES on State Issue 2!
